Training Methods

A major difference between TEAM and its competitors is how heavily we focus on service after the sale. At TEAM, our goal is to build a long-term relationship with each customer. We realize that starts at implementation. After almost 20 years of training new clients, TEAM has formulated several methods in which to deliver product training. During the sales process, a training and implementation program is customized to meet the unique needs of your company and its staff. The following options are available:

Online Training

TEAM harnesses the power of the Internet to conduct live, highly customized training sessions in which users may be “shadowed” by a TEAM trainer during initial set up. In this scenario, control can be passed back and forth from the trainer to the class attendee so that users can immediately apply what they’re learning. Classes are typically scheduled in 2 hour increments at your convenience. Online training is recommended for introductory classes and follow-up training for existing users.

On-site Training

TEAM trainers also conduct face-to-face training sessions with clients at their place of business. By traveling to your office, our trainers get to see your operations first-hand and interact with many different staff members. On-site training engagements usually last 3-4 days and focus on process training after basic data has been set up.

Training at TEAM

TEAM’s customers are always welcome in Omaha. Many customers prefer to send staff members to TEAM’s offices for training so that they are not distracted by daily tasks at their own job.
